Sexy Mathematics are looking for YOU

We've spent last few months carefully weaving notes together and, although some of the initial results look promising, we still have a long way to go before achieving our ultimate goal of writing the perfect song.

And this is where you come in! If you've ever wanted to play in a synth/rock band that cares, now is your chance! Help us write and perform music for the masses! More info on our craigslist ad:

Live at Coalition Lounge November 13!

We are excited to announce our next performance will be at Coalition Lounge in Kensington on November 13! Kickstand Sound and Wingspan Music are putting on the show featuring a ton of great Toronto bands including Between Your Strokes, How To Die In Oregan, Jordan Abrams, Just, Muve Grove, Mumbai Standstill, The Waking West, and of course your favourite Sexy Mathematics!

Check out the Facebook Event to find out all the details.

We are planning to perform Suffer live so if you want to be the first to hear it, this is your chance to shine! Bring your shiny clothes and let's rock!!!

Another Porridge

The synth party at Cherry Cola's was fantastic, with a cherry on top, and we can't wait to be back there...

We're now working on bringing Suffer and some new songs to stage, and even more exciting: we're writing some new material as a three-person effort for the first time. Matt's bringing a gritty industrial dynamic to the table. Good ol' Matt... and his.... grit.

We've got more shows to announce soon, so check back in and let's rock out!

In the meantime, here's another porridge of video clips from practice.

A Synthesizer Party For The Ages

This Friday we return to the stage with Villainest and High Jinx at Cherry Cola's for a party of synthetic proportions! Be sure to bring dancing feat and raised hands. And finally don't forget to RSVP:

We also invite you to join us for a little look "behind the scenes" during our band practice.

Hope to see you Friday!

Made for and with the help of my wonderful patrons! Sexy Mathematics practice sessions... the parts without actually practising.
